Kim Garcia is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker from the Bay Area. In their filmmaking, Kim celebrates the intimacy created in subversive queer communities of color. She loves to use lo-fi images and video to explore ideas around lost memories and dreams. Kim makes films that range from surreal/experimental narrative to underground documentary.
